At Inclusive Swim, we offer programs that could be used with your NDIS plan. Our program is term based on the South Australian School Terms. We encourage all families to check with their plan manager to confirm access to funding for Inclusive Swim program.

Inclusive Swim provide services for the following Support Categories:

·      Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation

·      Increased Social and Community Participation

·      Group/Centre Activities

NDIS Categories

Families could use funding from the following NDIS categories:

Category: Core Supports

• Support Budget: Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation (RG Number 0125)

• Support Item Name: Access Community, Social and Recreation activities

OR

Category: Capacity Building

• Support Budget: Increased Social and Community Participation (RG Number 0125)

• Support Item Name: Participation in community-based activities that build skills and independence

OR

Category: Core Supports

• Support Budget: Group and Centre-Based Activities (RG Number 0136)

• Support Item Name: Group Activities

Families who wish to use NDIS funding will be required to complete a billing Information Sheet at the beginning of their enrolment.
